Free Consultation
We will set up a meeting with you to go over your business requirements for the new site. During our meeting, we will answer any questions, give suggestions, and brainstorm. Once we have a clear plan for the site, and a list of your requirements we will be ready to provide you a quote.
Formal Quote
You will be provided a formal written quote with itemized project tasks, description and prices. To get started, mail the signed quote, fee schedule and deposit. We accept checks and all major credit cards.
Design Mockup
You will receive a design mockup for the website. This is a flat image (JPG) which will illustrate our concept for the design of your site. You are given unlimited mockups and revisions. This is the time to try new things and make changes. When you are 100% satisfied with the design, and you have given approval, we move on to site construction phase.
Building The Site
Our developers will build your site based on the specifications agreed to in the quote, and the design approved in the prior step. Note: This is when we will need your written content, such as text and photos.
Testing
You will have access to our testing server for your review and approval. Often seeing your content online will prompt changes. Sending all your changes in at one time will speed up the process. Once you are satisfied with your new site, you will pay any balance and we will make your site "live".
Internet Marketing
Keyword analysis, and search engine optimization is included in the development of your site. We look at keyword density and content relevance for proper organic search engine indexing. We offer management for Google Analytics, AdWords, Social Networking, press relaease distribution, affiliate marketing and other pay per click options.
DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Let us do this for you. If your name is availabe, it will cost under $20 per year. Some registration websites have been caught reserving the names that are searched for and them holding them hostage for a much higher price.
The safest way to see if your name is already being used is to google it and see what comes up.
